Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Luka Modric leads the Premier League representation in Croatia's squad for this summer's European Championships.
Manager Slaven Bilic has named the sought-after playmaker and his Spurs teammate Niko Krancjar in his provisional 27-man party.
In-form Everton striker Nikica Jelavic will also travel to the Ukraine and Poland, but there is no place in the squad for Bolton Wanderers forward Ivan Klasnic.
Jelavic has scored 10 goals in 15 games for the Toffees since making his £5.5m switch from Rangers in January, while Klasnic hasn't been a regular in Owen Coyle's Trotters side.
Bilic also announced his intention to step down as Croatia boss following the tournament.
