Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly keeping faith in manager Nuno Espirito Santo, despite the Lilywhites' recent slump in form.

Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy reportedly has no immediate plans to relieve Nuno Espirito Santo of his duties.

The former Wolverhampton Wanderers coach enjoyed a stellar start to his reign with three consecutive wins over Manchester City, Wolves and Watford to rise to the top of the rankings.

However, Spurs have since suffered three defeats on the spin to Crystal Palace, Chelsea and North London rivals Arsenal, leading to speculation that his time in the dugout could be limited.

Santo's job is seemingly safe for now, though, as The Athletic claims that Levy has put his faith in the Portuguese despite the Lilywhites' alarming slump.

The report claims that Santo's situation has been met with sympathy from the Spurs squad, with some of the senior players believing that they should also shoulder the burden.

Santo's contract at Spurs runs until 2023, and he will hope to see his side claim a morale-boosting win when they take on NS Mura in Thursday's Europa Conference League clash.
