Lille winger Eden Hazard has agreed to join Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season, according to France Football.
The report has claimed that the Belgian turned down offers from Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea because of concerns over getting enough first-team football.
Spurs are not thought to have agreed a fee with Lille yet, as the French champions are believed to want around £25m for the 21-year-old.
Hazard confirmed earlier this season that he intended to leave Lille during the summer.
