Real Madrid have agreed a deal to sign Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Luka Modric, according to reports in Croatia.
The 26-year-old is said to be desperate to join the La Liga champions this summer and was recently fined for failing to report for training.
Dinamo Zagreb's director of football Zoran Mamic told Croatian newspaper Sportske that Real will pay a £35m fee for Modric.
Zagreb, who sold Modric to Spurs in 2008, are understood to be entitled to a cut of the profit from the player's next transfer.
