David McAllister has completed a permanent switch to League Two side Stevenage.
The 25-year-old made 14 appearances during a loan stint with the Boro earlier in the season, but he had since returned to his parent club Shrewsbury Town.
However, following his recent release, the Irishman has decided to commit his future to the Broadhall Way outfit.
"It was about getting something sorted between the two clubs and I was happy to do it in the end. I try to give 100% wherever I go and for me I hope that it's going to be a seamless transition signing permanent," he told the club's official website.
McAllister joined the Shrews from Sheffield United in 2012.
