Watford have reportedly reached an agreement with Bologna to sign full-back Adam Masina this summer.
The Hornets were understood to be on the verge of an £8.8m deal for Masina earlier this month, only for talks to stall before the two parties could come to terms.
Everton had been considering a move for the 24-year-old too, but Sky Sports News now reports that Watford have agreed a deal with the Serie A outfit.
Masina is a six-time Italy Under-21 international who joined Bologna in 2013 and helped the club to promotion two years later, winning the Serie B Player of the Year award for 2015.
The Moroccan-born defender is now expected to become Watford's second signing of the summer after they brought in Gerard Deulofeu from Barcelona earlier today.
