Preview: Burnley vs. West Bromwich Albion

Sports Mole previews the Premier League encounter at Turf Moor between Burnley and West Bromwich Albion.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche will be aware that his team need a response against West Bromwich Albion after suffering three successive defeats in all competitions.

The North-West outfit blew winning positions against Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace respectively before they were comfortably beaten by Sunderland last weekend.

However, despite back-to-back league setbacks, Burnley remain outside of the relegation zone and Dyche could name the same starting lineup for the match at Turf Moor.

Striker Danny Ings was linked with a move away from the club during the January transfer window but he is expected to take his place in attack.

West Brom boss Tony Pulis could hand a debut to midfielder Darren Fletcher after the Scottish international joined on a free transfer from Manchester United.

Fletcher could partner Craig Gardner in a new-look engine room, while forward Saido Berahino is in the squad despite facing disciplinary action from the club for giving an unsanctioned interview to a regional newspaper.

The Baggies have lost some momentum after falling to a 3-0 reverse against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, but Pulis will be content to see his side three points above the relegation zone.

However, defeat on Sunday afternoon would see the Clarets overtake the West Midlands outfit in the standings.
