The 20-year-old has previously had loan spells with Gillingham and Tranmere Rovers, and was named the Baggies' Young Player of the Year in 2012.
The defender will spend 28 days on loan with the Seasiders, who have been struggling to add to their squad this summer.
Daniels is expected to feature during their pre-season friendly against Burnley tomorrow.
