Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Terry Connor has admitted that he is unsure how long Michael Kightly will be out of action for.
The winger sustained an ankle injury during his side's 2-1 loss away at Norwich City on Saturday afternoon.
"We're hoping it's not too bad," Connor told the club's official website. "It was like a numbing effect after the match, we weren't sure of the damage.
"The blow must have hit a nerve as he couldn't quite feel his ankle so we took him off as there was only four or five minutes left."
Norwich skipper Grant Holt was sent off for the challenge that caused Kightly's complaint.
