Sale Sharks fly-half Danny Cipriani has praised Steve Diamond for his contribution since taking charge of first-team affairs at the club.
The Sharks have won two of the three games with Diamond at the helm and the 25-year-old has offered his support to the chief executive.
"Whatever you think of him he's very good at his job and he's definitely got a good vision. He's really helped the forwards and made sure they've improved a lot," he told BBC Sport.
"They're starting to show some consistency now, so that's credit to him and credit to that forward pack."
Diamond took charge of the club on October 30.
