New Zealander Cameron Goodhue has revealed that he is "extremely excited" to be joining Worcester Warriors.

The 26-year-old, who is the eighth new forward that Worcester have signed this summer, has previously been with the Auckland Blues.

"I am extremely excited about joining the Worcester Warriors," Goodhue told the club's official website.

"Playing in the Aviva Premiership has always been an ambition of mine, and I can't wait to join up with my teammates in the summer.

"I have heard great things about the passionate fans at Sixways, and it is a great time to be getting involved with the club with Dean Ryan, Carl Hogg and Shane Howarth now at the helm."

Goodhue predominantly plays number eight.
