Kyle Edmund has completed his return to form in fine style with a straight-sets victory over Carlos Berlocq in the final of the Buenos Aires Challenger.
The British number three has endured a frustrating couple of months which saw him suffer an injury in the build-up to the Davis Cup semi-final between Great Britain and Australia and also make changes to his coaching setup.
However, the 21- year-old put himself in pole position to be selected for the GB squad for the final against Belgium at the end of the month after picking up his third second-tier title of 2015, dropping just four games to his experienced opponent.
Edmund eased through the opening set, and although Berlocq improved during the second, the Brit was able to break serve for a fourth time to seal a 6-0 6-4 triumph.
The victory ensures that Edmund will reclaim his place in the world's top 100 when the new rankings are released on Monday.
