Andy Murray has advanced to the second round of Wimbledon with a 6-1 6-1 6-4 victory over Nikolay Davydenko.
The Scot served well throughout the opening set, and secured three breaks of his own to take a comfortable lead in the match.
The second was much the same story, with Davydenko twice losing his serve as Murray held firm to claim it 6-1, and move two-set-to-nil ahead.
It had appeared that Murray would race away with the third after breaking early on, but Davydenko held his next four service games to move 5-4 behind.
It was left for Murray to serve it out, and he did just that to book a spot in the next round.
