Mesut Ozil and Thomas Muller have pulled out of Germany's friendly with Brazil on Tuesday evening.
Both players started and Muller scored a long-range equaliser as Joachim Low's side drew 1-1 with Spain in Dusseldorf on Friday.
Arsenal midfielder Ozil completed the match, while Bayern Munich forward Muller was replaced by Leon Goretzka with nine minutes to go.
Germany announced via their official Twitter account that neither of the two players have travelled ahead of the meeting with the Selecao at Berlin's Olympiastadion.
The German Football Association (DFB) gave no indication that either player left the squad due to injury.
Ozil is next in action for Arsenal on April 1 as Arsene Wenger's side host Stoke City at the Emirates Stadium.
