Arsene Wenger hails "dominant" Arsenal

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger hails his side's "dominant" display in their 3-0 win against Cardiff City.

Arsene Wenger hailed his Arsenal side after their "dominant" 3-0 win over Cardiff City.

Two goals from Aaron Ramsey and a rare strike from Mathieu Flamini put the Welsh side to the sword and Wenger talked up his players following the win.

"We were dominant tactically and our defenders were very good, a solid defensive performance was needed against a team like Cardiff," Wenger told BBC Sport.

"We had good control of the game. It was easier after going 1-0 up but we were focussed. After a Champions League game to come back and win 3-0 was a very convincing performance."

The Gunners extended their lead at the top of the Premier League to seven points.
