Arsenal have reportedly been told that they will have to fork out £44m if they wish to sign Dani Ceballos permanently from Real Madrid.
The 23-year-old has managed 24 appearances across all competitions for the Gunners during his loan spell this season, but the Spaniard's future remains up in the air amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Ceballos recently admitted that he has not spoken with Los Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane since arriving at the Emirates, although the La Liga giants will supposedly demand a hefty fee for his services.
According to AS, Real would be willing to sell Ceballos for a fee of £44m, although it remains to be seen how transfer dealings will be affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.
Arsenal are likely to be severely affected by the ongoing crisis, with recent reports suggesting that the Gunners could lose up to £50m in revenue should matches be played behind closed doors until 2021.
Ceballos will see his current deal at Real Madrid expire in 2023.
