Marc Albrighton has asked Aston Villa fans to get Villa Park "bouncing" for this weekend's Midlands derby against West Bromwich Albion.
The 22-year-old made his first appearance of the season in Villa's 4-2 Capital One Cup success against Manchester City in midweek.
Albrighton thinks that a buoyant atmosphere at Villa Park can help spur Paul Lambert's side on to an important win.
He told the club's official website: "I love Villa Park when it's bouncing. It was great for the Swansea match. I hadn't seen that sort of atmosphere for a long time.
"Probably the last time was when we beat Blackburn 6-4 in the semi-final of the Carling Cup a few years ago.
"When Villa Park is like that and the lads are on form and working hard it just makes it a great place to be. It just gives you that extra incentive."
Villa are aiming for two successive home victories in the Premier League for the first time in 2012 against the Baggies.
