Aston Villa striker Rushian Hepburn-Murphy is close to signing a new deal with the Championship club, according to reports.
The 18-year-old is considered one of Villa's finest young prospects, despite getting limited game time under manager Steve Bruce.
According to the Birmingham Mail, the board has drafted up a three-year deal for Hepburn-Murphy, who is said to be interested in committing his future to the club.
The report adds that Villa want his future to be resolved before the end of the month, with Jonathan Kodjia and Jordan Ayew travelling to the Africa Cup of Nations.
Hepburn-Murphy has featured once for Villa's first team this season, as a late substitute in the 1-1 draw against Newcastle United.
