Atletico Madrid are reportedly considering January moves for Serie A strikers Krzysztof Piatek and Andrea Belotti as they look to close the gap on the sides around them in La Liga.
Diego Simeone's men slipped to sixth in the table after their 1-0 defeat to Barcelona on Sunday.
The capital club currently only have Alvaro Morata as a striking option following Diego Costa's recent injury.
AS now reports that Simeone is looking to bring in a new striker in January to give his side a bit more bite, with AC Milan forward Piatek and Torino talisman Belotti top of his wishlist.
Piatek, 24, has only scored three goals in 14 games for Stefano Pioli's struggling Milan this season and he could be available on loan.
Italian international Belotti has, by constrast, netted 13 times for Torino in all competitions this season and while it is believed that a bid in the region of £30m could secure his services, Torino are unlikely to want to sell their prized asset mid-season.
