Barcelona winger Ibrahim Afellay will leave the club on loan this summer, according to his agent.
The 26-year-old is deemed surplus to requirements at Camp Nou and was left out of the Blaugrana squad for their 2-1 away victory over Osasuna in La Liga on Sunday.
"He has the qualities to succeed at Barcelona, but endured a setback with his injury," Rob Jansen told Studio Voetbal.
"Therefore, it might be better to try and get more playing time elsewhere. We are currently in the process of looking into the possibilities.
"We are talking about a loan move here. It all depends on Barcelona, though. They decide where their players are going. There are a number of clubs that are very concrete. We are in talks with several clubs."
Afellay joined Barcelona from Dutch giants PSV in January 2011.
