Bayern Munich are confident that they can keep hold of in-demand striker Mario Mandzukic this summer.
The 27-year-old, who has been linked with a move away from the Bundesliga club following the news that Robert Lewandowski will join this summer, is reportedly a target for Arsenal and Chelsea.
However, Mandzukic is contracted to Bayern until 2016, and chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is confident that the Bavarians can keep hold of the Croatian international.
"Mario Mandzukic is under contract with our club," Rummenigge is quoted as saying by the Daily Star. "I am definitely aware that many clubs have started to show an interest in Mario's services, but I believe he will be with our club way beyond the end of this season."
Mandzukic joined Bayern in 2012 from fellow German side Wolfsburg.
