Nigel Reo-Coker says that Bolton Wanderers are 'crumbling' in their fight for Premier League survival.

Nigel Reo-Coker has said that Bolton Wanderers are 'crumbling' following their latest Premier League defeat.

The Trotters fell 3-0 to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday as they continue their bid for Premier League survival.

"The sad and true fact of the matter is, we just weren't good enough," the Bolton skipper said.

"After the first goal went in we felt a bit sorry for ourselves. I'm not going to sugar coat it – it is down to us as players and it is just not good enough.

"We did well in the first half, showed strength of character, but in the second half we crumbled. We were soft."

Bolton are currently 19th in the Premier League with 20 points from 26 games.
