Brentford have claimed a double in October's Championship awards, with Lee Carsley named Manager of the Month and Alan Judge crowned best player.
Carsley's time in charge of the Bees got off to a slow start as they lost their first two matches without scoring a goal, but they roared back to form in October.
Carsley guided the West Londoners to four straight wins to finish the month, and they kept clean sheets in the last three to edge away from the relegation zone.
Midfielder Judge thrived in a playmaking role at the top of the Bees' diamond, scoring three goals and setting up four other goals for his teammates.
Brentford did not get off to the best of starts in November, though, losing 2-0 to new league leaders Hull City on Tuesday night.
