Charlton Athletic manager Chris Powell has admitted that this season's FA Cup draws have been kind to his side.
Having already seen off Oxford United and Huddersfield Town, the Addicks recorded a 2-1 win at Sheffield Wednesday on Monday night.
That win sets up a quarter-final against Sheffield United, giving Charlton the opportunity to get to Wembley without having to beat a team from the Premier League.
"Since being a player at the club in 1998 and since I have come back, we never do well in the cups. It is almost a running joke at Charlton," Powell told reporters.
"It's about time we turned it on its head and we have gone under the radar somewhat. We have played Oxford, Huddersfield and now Sheffield Wednesday."
Charlton won the FA Cup in 1947.
