Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech believes that manager Rafael Benitez is right to continue to rotate his squad.

Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has insisted that it is important manager Rafael Benitez continues to make sweeping changes to his starting lineup.

The Blues have had to deal with a hectic fixture schedule throughout the season, and with the club still competing in three competitions, Cech has admitted that it is difficult to retain the same team for every match.

The 30-year-old told the club's official website: "It was more than important. We know what kind of game is coming on Sunday and that the manager rested some players could be key.

"If you are playing for everything in three competitions, it is not easy."

The Czech Republic international has already made 48 appearances for Chelsea this season.
