Ramires: 'There's always been a big rivalry between Chelsea and Liverpool'

Ramires says that every player wants to be part of the "big" fixture against Liverpool this afternoon.

Ramires has claimed that every player "wants to be involved" when Chelsea and Liverpool go head to head in the Premier League.

The Blues host the Merseyside outfit at Stamford Bridge this lunchtime.

Jose Mourinho's men have managed just three league wins this season, recording two draws and five defeats, while Jurgen Klopp has gone two matches without a win since taking over as Liverpool manager.

"It's a very big fixture - there has always been a big rivalry with Liverpool and this is the type of game where everybody wants to play, everybody wants to be involved," Ramires told Chelsea's official website.

"These games usually bring the best out of our players."

Ramires signed a new four-year contract at Stamford Bridge on Thursday.
