John Terry to recover from ankle injury for Queens Park Rangers match?

John Terry will reportedly recover from an ankle injury in time to feature for Chelsea's Premier League encounter with Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.

Chelsea captain John Terry is reportedly expected to recover from an ankle injury to start for the Blues in their Premier League match against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.

The 31-year-old has been ruled out of England's 2014 World Cup qualifier against Ukraine tomorrow after picking up the injury in the Three Lions' 5-0 win over Moldova on Friday.

It is understood that the centre-back will be fit for action against QPR at Loftus Road this weekend after scans showed that the Chelsea skipper suffered minor damage, according to the London Evening Standard.

If Terry is passed fit, this will be the first time that he has encountered QPR defender Anton Ferdinand since being acquitted from a racially-aggravated public order offence in July.
