Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has insisted that he has his confidence back after scoring in Saturday's win over Newcastle United.
The Spaniard has endured a torrid time since his £50m move to Stamford Bridge in January 2011 but marked his return to form with a goal in the 2-0 victory over the Magpies to maintain the Blues' 100% start to the season.
Torres was awarded the Golden Boot during Spain's Euro 2012 win in the summer, and he admits that Chelsea's new signings are helping him to get back to his best.
"My confidence is back because I'm playing more," said Torres.
"When you play more often you are confident, and with the new players we've signed, the team are playing more attacking football.
"It is great to see players like Eden Hazard come here and it is a privilege to play with him and Juan Mata who are the kind of players who play between the lines."
The Champions League winners face Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup on Friday evening.
