Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko has claimed that Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is monitoring him ahead of a potential summer swoop.
The France international has previously been quoted as saying that he has ambitions to play Champions League football in the future.
Chelsea would certainly provide that, but the 25-year-old has insisted that he has "no problem" staying at St James' Park next season.
"Is [Mourinho] following my progress? According to what I am hearing, yes," Sissoko told RMC. "He is one of the best managers in the world. He has won so many titles - any player would love to be coached by this man.
"For the moment, I am coached by other people. If one day I have the chance to work under his guidance, I would be very happy. For the moment, I am still at Newcastle and I feel good over there. There is no problem."
Sissoko joined the Magpies from Toulouse in 2013.
