Borussia Dortmund have reportedly included Timo Werner and Luka Jovic on a three-man shortlist of potential replacements for Erling Braut Haaland.
The Norwegian's future is one of the biggest topics of speculation in football, with the 21-year-old's release clause of approximately £67m said to become active in the upcoming summer transfer window.
As a result, the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City have been heavily linked with a move for the striker.
The Bundesliga outfit are therefore lining up potential replacements should they fail to persuade Haaland to stay at Signal Iduna Park, with Mundo Deportivo reporting that Chelsea's Werner, Real Madrid's Jovic and Ajax's Sebastien Haller are the options to replace him.
The former has endured a difficult time with the Champions League holders in West London since his move from RB Leipzig in July 2020, whilst Jovic's move to Spain from Eintracht Frankfurt has also failed to work out.
Meanwhile, after a disappointing spell with West Ham United in the Premier League, Haller has become a key part of the Ajax squad in the Netherlands, netting 27 Eredivisie goals since making the move in January 2021, and is currently the top goalscorer in this season's Champions League with 11.
