Alan Pardew: 'It will take big offer to sign Yannick Bolasie'

Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew admits that Yannick Bolasie is likely to leave the club in the next year, but is adamant that it will take a "big fee" for them to sell.

Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew has insisted that a top team will have to pay a "very big fee" to sign Yannick Bolasie.

The 25-year-old has impressed for the Eagles in his two years in the Premier League with his direct play from the wing, which has caught the eye of several teams across Europe.

Pardew feels that Bolasie is not yet ready for a big move, but believes that in a year he will be prepared for the next stage of his development.

"They've got to come up with a fee that I'm even going to look at," Pardew told reporters. "It'll have to be a very, very big fee – trust me. If he is going to go, he's going to have to go for a lot of money.

"I think Yannick knows he needs to develop more to go to a top club. I actually think top clubs probably appreciate that.

"Zaha is still a young man and Bolasie is far from the finished article. We might have a problem in 12 months with him but I don't think we have at this second."

Palace face Manchester City in their Premier League clash later today.
