Newcastle United are yet to make an official approach for Dynamo Kiev striker Brown Ideye, according to the player's agent.
Ideye reportedly prefers a move to England, with Newcastle known to hold an interest in the Nigerian international, but his representative Hootan Ahmadi has insisted that he has heard nothing from any Premier League club.
Ahmadi told Sky Sports News: "Quite a few clubs are interested now in France, Turkey, Germany, Russia and the Middle East. We are just seeing what the best option is.
"We are waiting for English clubs. He is still keen on the Premier League, although money will be a lot better abroad."
The 24-year-old has scored 29 goals in 55 league games for Dynamo Kiev.
