Norwegian defender Brede Hangeland has suggested that the England players looked jaded during their 1-0 win in Oslo.
The 30-year-old said that he himself was feeling the strain of a long season in the Premier League and believes that Roy Hodgson's men looked like they need a break.
"It's a good England team, but they look a little worn after a long Premier League season," The Mirror quotes Hangeland as saying. "I felt the same thing.
"It's not a good preparation for the Euros to play such a long and tough season as you do in England. Even if it was a friendly you could see that the English players need a break."
The Fulham centre-back has 73 caps for his country.
