Hull City midfielder Robert Koren is confident that the club can survive in the Premier League next season.

Hull City midfielder Robert Koren has insisted that the newly-promoted club can remain in the Premier League next season.

The Tigers secured automatic promotion after finishing second in the Championship table, but are already odds-on to come straight back down.

"Survival is our main goal and we all believe that we can make it. But it is too early to speak about that. Now we just want to enjoy what we achieved this season," Koren told Sportal.

"I'm sure we have to lift everything to a higher level. The board will have to make sure we strengthen the team. Now we have to rest and then prepare well for the new season."

Koren joined the club from West Bromwhich Albion three years ago.
