Carlos Tevez: 'Serie A not a two-horse race'

Carlos Tevez believes that Juventus and Roma will not be the only clubs competing for the title this season.

Carlos Tevez has claimed that Juventus and Roma will not be the only two teams in the race for the Serie A title.

The Italian giants both finished inside the top two last season and they are already six points clear at the top of the table after five matches of the current campaign.

"I think it is too early to say that it's a two-horse race," he told Sky Sport Italia.

"There are many games to go. It is a big [season], but there's too long to go before we can think about that."

Tevez scored twice as Juventus maintained their winning start to the new season with a 3-0 victory against Atalanta on Saturday evening.
