Striker Chris Wood has spoken about his need to produce goals for his new club Leeds United, regardless of how he scores them.
Wood, 23, opened his account for Leeds in the 2-2 draw with Bristol City, and has gone on to grab goals against Sheffield Wednesday and Derby County, the latter being a 20-yard winner two minutes from time.
"Of course I feel good, it is always nice scoring goals," Wood told Leeds's official website. "But it does not bother me if it is 30 yards or a tap-in – a goal is a goal to me! I will take them as they come.
"It is one of those things – it is always nice to start scoring early but I do not think I am going to keep up the ratio of one in one for the rest of the season, so there are going to be times when I am not going to score.
"As long as I am putting in the hard yards, working hard for the team and the team is doing well, then that makes me happy."
Leeds's next league fixture is at home to Brentford on September 12.
