Team News: Riyad Mahrez, Islam Slimani return to Leicester XI for Copenhagen clash

Riyad Mahrez and Islam Slimani return to Leicester City's starting XI for tonight's Champions League group game against Copenhagen.

Riyad Mahrez and Islam Slimani have returned to Leicester City's starting XI for tonight's Champions League group game against Copenhagen.

Manager Claudio Ranieri dropped the pair to the bench for Saturday's 3-0 defeat to Chelsea, but they are back in the fold at the King Power Stadium this evening.

Daniel Amartey and Ahmed Musa miss out as a result, while Danny Simpson replaces Luis Hernandez in defence and Andy King comes into the midfield for Jeff Schlupp.

Shinji Okazaki also missed the clash against Chelsea, but he has to settle for a spot on the bench.

Leicester City: Schmeichel; Simpson, Morgan, Huth, Fuchs; Drinkwater, King, Albrighton, Mahrez; Vardy, Slimani
Subs: Zieler, Hernandez, Musa, Amartey, Schlupp, Okazaki, Ulloa

Copenhagen: Olsen; Ankersen, Jorgensen, Johansson, Augustinsson; Kvist, Delaney, Verbic, Toutouh; Santander, Cornelius
