Borussia Dortmund have allegedly made contact with Werder Bremen over a deal for winger Milot Rashica.
The 23-year-old enjoyed an impressive Bundesliga campaign prior to the coronavirus suspension, registering seven goals and four assists in 20 league appearances.
Liverpool are believed to be keeping a close eye on developments surrounding Rashica, but the Reds could supposedly face stiff competition for the Kosovo international's signature.
According to TodoFichajes, Dortmund have begun negotiations with Bremen over a potential deal for Rashica, who is said to be valued at €35m (£30.7m).
The report claims that Dortmund have identified the winger as an ideal replacement for the highly sought-after Jadon Sancho, who has been persistently linked with Manchester United in recent weeks.
Rashica, who will see his current deal at Werder Bremen expire in 2022, has chalked up 23 goals from 59 appearances in all competitions since his arrival in 2018.
