Emre Can will reportedly travel to Turin following Liverpool's Champions League final clash against Real Madrid to undergo a medical with Juventus.
The Germany international is due to become a free agent at the beginning of next month after failing to agree fresh terms with the Reds.
Juventus are understood to have seen off competition from a number of clubs, former side Bayern Munich among them, for Can's signature.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insisted earlier this week that he has "no clue" whether the 24-year-old will still be at Anfield next season, but Tuttosport suggests that the picture is about to become clearer.
Can is due to travel to Italy to finalise his transfer, with a five-year deal understood to have already been agreed.
Klopp may include Can in his squad to face Madrid on Saturday evening following the midfielder's return to training.
