Real Madrid met with representatives of Karim Adeyemi last Thursday to discuss the Red Bull Salzburg attacker, according to a report.

Real Madrid reportedly met with representatives of Karim Adeyemi last Thursday to discuss a potential move for the Red Bull Salzburg attacker next year.

The 19-year-old has been in excellent form at club level during the 2021-22 campaign, scoring 15 times in 22 appearances in all competitions.

A number of clubs, including Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Liverpool, are believed to be interested in signing the Germany international during next summer's transfer window.

According to Sport1, Real Madrid are also firmly in the hunt, with Los Blancos chiefs meeting with Adeyemi's agents last week to discuss the youngster's future.

The attacker spent time in the Bayern academy during his youth career but has been with Salzburg since 2018, scoring 25 goals and registering 17 assists in 72 appearances for the Austrian side in all competitions.

Real Madrid are also still believed to be interested in Erling Braut Haaland but could ultimately miss out on the Borussia Dortmund forward due to the competition for his signature.
