Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho confirms that Nemanja Matic is a doubt for Saturday's Premier League clash with Arsenal.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has said that he "cannot guarantee" that Nemanja Matic will feature against Arsenal on Saturday evening.

During the 4-2 win over Watford on Tuesday night, Matic was forced off with a muscle problem and reports have suggested that the Serbian international is unlikely to play in the Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium.

Mourinho has confirmed that Matic is a doubt for the match, but says that the summer signing will travel down to North London with the squad.

The 54-year-old told reporters: "Matic is a doubt. I hope he can but I cannot guarantee he is selected to go, let's see the feeling before the match, let's see the warm-up.

"I hope he can, I want to, he wants to, but I cannot guarantee."

Matic has started in each of United's 14 league fixtures this season.
