Atletico Madrid are reportedly ready to join the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

Atletico Madrid have reportedly identified Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot as a potential signing.

Rabiot is expected to leave Parc des Princes on a free transfer during the summer, and it has resulted in a number of top European clubs showing an interest in the Frenchman.

The 23-year-old has been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Manchester United and Barcelona but according to AS, Atletico are considering an approach for the player.

The report suggests that Atletico are likely to make significant changes to their squad ahead of the next campaign, and Rabiot could emerge as a priority signing in the middle of the park.

Atletico currently sit in second place in the La Liga standings, but Diego Simeone's side did not compete for either of the Copa del Rey and Champions League trophies.
