Chelsea and Manchester United may reportedly do battle for the signature of Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves.
The Portugal international has been an integral part of Wolves' side since his arrival in 2017, making a total of 192 appearances in all competitions.
However, at a time when Wolves may need to sell one of their most prized assets to fund other signings, speculation will naturally persist regarding the 24-year-old's future at Molineux.
According to Fichajes, Chelsea and Man United could compete for Neves during 2022, a move in the summer being regarded far more likely than at the midway point of this campaign.
While it is suggested that Neves may cost in the region of £35m, Wolves may be prepared to demand more with the player having a contract until 2024.
United have been in the market for a new central midfielder for some time, with Chelsea also eyeing up potential replacements for players who are the wrong side of 30.
