Manchester United want to make five new signings during this summer's transfer window, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly keen to make five new signings during this summer's transfer window.

The Red Devils will be looking to book their spot in next season's Champions League when they finish their 2019-20 Premier League season away to Leicester City on Sunday afternoon.

According to The Telegraph, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is eyeing five new signings ahead of the 2020-21 campaign, with Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho and Aston Villa's Jack Grealish both targets.

The report claims that a right winger, a striker, a midfielder, a centre-back and a full-back are all wanted by the 20-time English champions in the upcoming market.

Sancho continues to be linked with a big-money move to Old Trafford, although it remains to be seen whether the club can agree a deal with Dortmund.

A new central defender to play alongside Harry Maguire is also allegedly on the club's list of targets as they look to put themselves in a position to challenge for next season's Premier League title.

United need a point against Leicester on Sunday to ensure that they qualify for the 2020-21 Champions League, although they could also lose and still secure a top-four spot depending on Chelsea's result against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
