Manchester United have reportedly been told that they will have to part with £30m to sign Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Borussia Dortmund in this summer's transfer window.
It is understood that Man United failed in a £27.5m bid for the Armenian international earlier this week, but talks are expected to continue due to the midfielder's desire to join the Premier League club.
According to The Sun, Dortmund want £30m for the 27-year-old, despite the fact that the attacking midfielder only has 12 months left on his contract with the Bundesliga outfit.
Mkhitaryan's agent Mino Raiola recently revealed that he was 'confident' that a deal could be completed for a player that scored 23 times in 51 appearances for Dortmund during the 2015-16 campaign.
