Manchester United have reportedly lined up Sporting Lisbon's highly-rated youngster Carlos Mane as a key transfer target, seeing the player as the new Cristiano Ronaldo.
Mane, who can play in a number of positions, is seen by the Portuguese side as the club's best talent to emerge since the now Real Madrid midfielder came through their ranks, and the Daily Mail says that the 19-year-old will be part of their £200m summer spending spree.
However, Sporting Lisbon are thought to be holding out for up to £20m for the attacker and will ask for a similar fee to sell fellow youngster William Carvalho.
Ronaldo moved to United in 2003 and spent six years at Old Trafford before completing a world record move to Real Madrid in 2009.
