Isco: 'Cristiano Ronaldo not missed at Real Madrid'

Midfielder Isco claims that the Real Madrid squad are not missing Cristiano Ronaldo, who left for Juventus in the summer.

Midfielder Isco has claimed that the Real Madrid squad are currently coping without Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese superstar ended his nine-year spell at the Bernabeu in the summer in order to move to Juventus, and Real's squad was deemed to be weaker without the presence of the club legend.

However, Isco has suggested that more players are contributing goals at the European champions now that Ronaldo has made the switch to Turin.

At a press conference, the 26-year-old told reporters: "Obviously Cris is an extraordinary player who assures you 50 goals a season, but we know how football is. If we win they will say that we don't miss him and if we lose that we miss him.

"There are players that last year didn't score the goals they are now doing. For now, we don't miss him, but this is just starting. We hope to continue like this and I wish him the best at Juve."

Real have scored 10 goals in their opening three games in La Liga.
