Sergio Ramos has claimed that Carlo Ancelotti's man-management skills make him one of the best coaches he has worked with during his career.
Ancelotti guided Real to the victory in the Champions League during his first season in charge, and is currently on course to add a La Liga title to his long list of honours.
Ramos believes that the Italian sets himself apart from other managers with his ability to connect with players.
"He notices how a player settles in, whether he makes an effort to open up to his team-mates or not," the Spanish defender told FIFA's official website.
"He's a coach who takes you aside, talks to you and makes everything as smooth as possible, both on a professional and personal level.
"That's the key to success, which is why he's a truly great coach. In my view, he's one of the two best I've had in my whole career."
Ancelotti's side currently hold a four-point lead at the top of La Liga.
