Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo hints that he could leave the club this summer and will make a decision over his future in the coming days.

Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo has raised questions over his future at the club by suggesting that he could consider leaving this summer.

The 33-year-old picked up his fifth Champions League title at the expense of Liverpool in Kiev on Saturday, four of which have come in the last five years with Madrid.

However, after the match Ronaldo suggested that he will make a decision on his future in the coming days, speaking about his illustrious Madrid career in the past tense.

"I am going to enjoy this moment and in the next few days I will give an answer to the fans, who have always been at my side," he told beIN Sports.

"It was very nice to be at Real Madrid. In the next few days I will speak. I am going to enjoy this with my teammates and in the next few days I'll give an answer.

"We made history. That's the important thing. The future of a player isn't important."

Ronaldo joined Madrid from Manchester United in 2009 and has since scored 450 goals in just 438 games for the club.
