Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek has revealed that he remains in transfer talks with Real Madrid.
After impressing for the Dutch giants on both the domestic and European scene last season, Van de Beek has attracted interest from a number of high-profile clubs.
However, it appears that Real remain the sole team in the running for the Netherlands international, who may be allowed to leave Ajax later this month.
Nevertheless, while acknowledging that negotiations continue to take place, Van de Beek has stressed that he is still committed to performing to his best for his current side.
The 22-year-old told reporters: "There are still negotiations. I would like things to be resolved as soon as possible. When I am at the stadium and playing, I don't ever think about my possible move."
Van de Beek has contributed two goals and two assists during his opening couple of outings in the Eredivisie this season.
